“We had a bad experience at a different mattress firm in Naperville and then came to this one and Zanisha 100% fixed the issue! She was wonderful to work with and price matched the online price we found on a queen size mattress. She also threw in free delivery because we had such a poor experience at a different location. This mattress firm was wonderful and will be the only one I go to in the future. Also the delivery came on time exactly when they said and they were very quick. Even if you don't find what you are looking for, they'll tell you if some other location in the area have what you need in stock. Also, you can pick up samples (see picture) and return it to them in a few days.”

“Not all Ross stores are alike in offerings or quantity. When you find one you like it is probably best to stick with it. I have found some great name brand items in Ross for very reasonable prices. Clothing, shoes , housewares and cute pet clothing have I in my home from Ross. My problem with Ross is that I cannot always find a different size in another store if the one I am in does not have what I need. I view Ross in a similar category as TJ Maxx. Usually, if I cannot find an item in one TJMaxx , I can find in another. Not so with Ross. A perfect example of the disparity between stores is the inventory at Ross on 59 in Naperville and the Ross on 59 in Plainfield. The one in Plainfield looks like the orphan store; last place to receive stock. I stick to 59 in Naperville. Bottom line: I shop at Ross to find bargains on name brand quality merchandise. Lines are sometimes long. Staff is friendly. Return policy fair. Store clean.”

“We decided to make a tradition after Beauregard created a habit of pulling toys out of baskets and carrying them around the store when he first went to Two Boston’s around six months old. We of course buy anything he drools on... so every time we go in on his birthday I let him look through everything and see what he likes best. This year he found an old friend his “uncle chase” destroyed and a new friend he was excited to meet!!! The employees were nice and understanding and I am sure he can’t wait to go back again sometime soon!!!
