“I bought a car from them 6 months ago and overall the process was mostly painless. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they did a good job answering our questions. Their sales aren't high pressure from what I can tell. The finance office is where they try to sell you add ons which is fine, but I wish they would give you these items earlier on so you can do your research, but the idea is to sell you these on the spot. All the prices are negotiable and I would pass on them all, this is where the sales pitch really came in which was annoying. Gerald also tacks on dealer installed items with all their cars as a separate line items such as door edge protection, wheel locks, VIN etching, and nitrogen tires. These are all high profit for a dealership but have little to no utility for the owner and really cheapen the Gerald experience. It is a straight cash grab with these. The service department seems fine. Their pricing is standard for a dealership. They do everything by appointment. Expect an hour for an oil change with an appointment which seems normal from my experience.”

Not very big and no usb outlets and you are basically in the sales area. It's a very small building, though. They were quick with my car, but they needed to order parts, so I don't know how fast they are to do work on the car.”

“Our basement was completed in 2017 (see below review) and this is an update. As promised, Bryan Sebring contacted us after one year to see if everything was still functioning properly and to our satisfaction. There were a few minor nail pops to fix and a couple of touch-ups that were addressed. We did end up having a leaking pipe that was inspected and determined to have nothing to do with the work done in the basement. Despite this, Sebring helped us get a plumber and have it taken care of. As promised at the start of our project, Sebring builds relationships with their customers and can be depended on well beyond completion of their work.. * ORIGINAL REVIEW 2017: Sebring Services turned our dream basement into reality! We had been saving for years to transform our unfinished basement into an amazing space for relaxing and entertaining. We had a vision and basic plan of what we wanted, which Bryan Sebring and his skilled staff of designers invested many hours fine-tuning with us prior to entering into a contract. The project took almost six months due to the scope, almost doubling the living space in our home. Each subcontractor crew was top notch and had been doing business with Sebring for years. I’d be lying if I said everything went without a hitch. With a project of this size and duration, things are bound to go wrong at times. Whenever we did have an issue, our project manager (Percy) did not rest until we were happy. He had a genuine desire to make everything perfect and was as excited to see the final product as we were. We highly recommend Sebring Services to anyone who wants their home remodeling project to be as smooth as possible, by a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customers’ satisfaction. Be sure not to have unrealistic expectations about the cost and problems that will arise. Remember, you get what you pay for and the larger the project, the more things that may potentially go wrong.
