Back in December, I had some issues with the brakes (the car is very high mileage) that needed immediate work. He arranged for the car to be picked up, towed to their garage and his mechanics completed the work for half the price the original garage quoted me. At each stage they sent me up-to-date quotes, photos and videos of all the work being done. The work was completed in a single day and I had my car back on the road. If anything, the behavior analysis makes the animals seem more problematic than they really are. This is good as they are not just trying to home these animals with anyone, but trying to find them forever homes the first time. As a vet, I've always respected them.
