Even if you don't find what you are looking for, they'll tell you if some other location in the area have what you need in stock. “Not all Ross stores are alike in offerings or quantity. When you find one you like it is probably best to stick with it. I have found some great name brand items in Ross for very reasonable prices. Clothing, shoes , housewares and cute pet clothing have I in my home from Ross. My problem with Ross is that I cannot always find a different size in another store if the one I am in does not have what I need. I view Ross in a similar category as TJ Maxx. Usually, if I cannot find an item in one TJMaxx , I can find in another. Not so with Ross. A perfect example of the disparity between stores is the inventory at Ross on 59 in Naperville and the Ross on 59 in Plainfield. The one in Plainfield looks like the orphan store; last place to receive stock. I stick to 59 in Naperville. Bottom line: I shop at Ross to find bargains on name brand quality merchandise. Lines are sometimes long. Staff is friendly. Return policy fair. Store clean.”

“So many awesome flavors. Pistachio is my favorite. No cutting corners, the ingredients used to make this ice cream is top notch. The amount of sugar used is just right. Unlike the typical American Ice Cream, the sweetness is not overwhelming. This location is always clean and well maintained. I take the kids here about twice a month and then staff are always very nice.”
