“The service is always great....friendly, efficient, prompt. I only have one suggestion for improvement. Change the vendor for the new air conditioners. I bought mine two years ago and as hard as your service people tried, they could not eliminate the noise that it makes. It's not the guys, it's the product. My old A/C was about 27 years old (yes) and I could hardly hear it. Other than that, you guys are great, from the office to the street~”
