He responded to every every phone call, and was really helpful relaying information. He provided us with the best roofing options right off the bat; no debating between which was the top of the line brand for roofing (we also did our research prior to his estimate and arrival). He was very helpful in working directly with the insurance company; no issues raised on either ends. His team got all of the licenses, permits, and trash receptacles as required by the city. They were really efficient at replacing the roof; completing everything in 1 day. I'm really impressed with this company and the people who represent them.
