(September 18, 2018, 10:31 am)My experience was with warranty work on a 29'r I bought online. No questions asked from PPC, they said they would work with manufacturer of the brakes and let me know in about a week. I was told this would most likely cost about 50 - 75 dollars. The issues was resolved in a timely fashion with no cost to me which was a pleasant surprise.
(July 29, 2018, 9:40 pm)Closest LBS to my house, and they lived up to their solid reputation. Awesome from the first call. I was looking for a Trek Marlin MTB. They were super friendly, ordered it and had it in-store within a day. Bought it and next day decided I should have looked at the hybrids too. Took it back in, they spent an hour w/ me while I tested my bike vs. the FX hybrids. I decided FX was right for me and they made the exchange, no problem. All in all, I felt like their #1 priority was to get me on the right bike. They earned a loyal customer. Check em out, they won’t disappoint.
