(September 7, 2021, 1:27 pm)As forest preserves go. This is a nice one. Full of little historical facts along your hike. I prefer a hike further away from the sounds of traffic. But other than that. I would recommend for a nice nature walk
(August 3, 2021, 9:57 am)Gorgeous! You will almost certainly see Great White Egrets or Great Blue Herons if you walk to the marsh. Trails are very well maintained and easy to traverse. The signage can be a bit confusing, so try to keep track of where you are to avoid getting lost. Absolutely unmissable, a beautiful public park.
(November 11, 2020, 11:22 am)A beautiful park in the midst of a suburb...but walking its magnificent trails you'd think that you were somewhere far away. Well worth a visit.
