Dr. Martirano is truly a great surgeon. He patiently coached me for over 9 months in preparing me for surgery. With the correct tests ordered an infection was found in my body that other doctors did not even look for. As I am healing I am thankful I found him and his staff. Elmhurst Memorial Hospital was also a good place to stay for recovery. Their staff is top notch. I do not hesitate to give him five stars....but really there are not enough stars for Dr. Martirano.

Dr.Martirano is an A+ surgeon, he had wonderful bed side manners, and his surgery is second to none. I did my research and he is considered the best around. I have nothing but praise for this doctor.

Dr. Martirano is very patient, explains what exactly is wrong and how he will fix it. My son is only 13yrs. old and was very anxious but Dr. Martirano was patient, kind, and compassionate.
