ProGlass Windshield Repair

I had a hard windshield to fix but he did his best and it didn't turn out great. He stood by his work and offered to give me a refund even though I didn't ask. It's a business with high integrity. I'd recommend them!

I had a great experience with ProGlass Windshield Repair. I contacted Javier about two cracks in my windshield. He gave me a quote over the phone and offered to come out to my home same day to fix it. I work fairly late; Javier came out after 7pm when I got home and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job filling the cracks and they are practically invisible. This whole process was so easy, fast, and affordable. I would absolutely recommend Javier and will use him again when needed.

Javier was great! He fixed a quickly spreading crack in my 2018 accord sport. Not only did he tell me on the phone how to prevent it from spreading more, he also explained what he was going to do and delivered on his promise. Saved me over $650 dollars. Highly recommended and best prices around

I've been waiting a month or so to write this review for one simple reason, to see how the repair holds up over time especially with the temps here in the Chicagoland area.

Like anyone else that gets windshield repair done, I got the same - but I was absolutely picky about quality, while getting it done same-day due to my busy schedule. I searched around and found a few local people but was waiting on time. When I called Javier, he said he could be there in a couple hours. Perfect.

He showed up promptly, assessed the damage.. said he could fix it and that it would take roughly two hours.

Well, he was wrong, he took almost 4 hours. Why? You can't rush perfection. He wanted it done and done right, which is exactly what he did, he showed me what he would do and the .. difficulties he was coming across due to the angle of impact; but still assured me he just wanted it to be executed correctly.

Well, you're looking at over a month later and despite the temps, me washing the car a few times and just daily beatings a vehicle normally takes, the chip/crack has not spread as promised. Not only that, Javier offers a LIFETIME warranty. That isn't what makes me write this review, what does though is his honesty and character. In this line of work, especially with a small business, that's all you have. It's not easy work and I can respect a man that honors his word and takes pride in what he does.

I hope I don't have to go back to him for obvious reasons, but if I ever get another rock chip - I know who I am calling.

Deal with Javier, and you'll never look back.

Javier did a professional job fixing this crack on my windshield. Not only did he pay attention to detail but he saved me at least a couple hundred bucks. I'm so grateful. Hes a great guy plus his work is top notch.
