My experience with the company has been excellent. I rented an appartment at Kenilworth appartment building, Glen Ellyn.

Appartment building was well maintained, cleaned, peaceful environment, excellent neighboring appartment tenants but safe and safe as well. Building maintenance was excellent, especially Jeff was more then helpful with any maintenance issue.

Company representative @ Brenda was not only a complete professional but also helped me, guided me to navigate the complete process from approval to signing off the lease to hand over.

I don’t have enough words to appreciate her support and professionalism throughout my journey.

Really appreciate her. I wish we could have more people like her in real estate business who can stay professional, loyal to their business/employer but still can assist tenants to make informed and better decisions.

Audra-the property manager has truly been an amazing woman to work with. She is quick to respond to any of my concerns, needs or any repairs. My 1 bedroom what exactly what I was told. UPGRADED AND COMPLETELY GORGEOUS let me tell you lol. The building and laundry room is also kept up with daily from what it seems. If there is ever a unit open here I highly recommend you hop on it.

I live in the downers apartments and Audra has been super professional and very helpful with anything I need.

I lived at Key’s since my kids were young and I haven’t moved since and that’s been 24 years and I’m still here. They are amazing management! Thank you Brenda O., you take care of our buildings and we greatly appreciate it. Safety first and you keep up the maintenance which looks amazing inside and out. You engage and listen to your tenants’ concerns and resolve them in a timely manner. You were there for me when I needed you the most in hardship times and Thank you for your understanding and assistance much appreciated. There are still wonderful people existing today. Keep up the good work Key Management maintain excellence in properties inside and out. Strive for excellence, good tenants, safety, good communication and your properties will be a success.
