“I have been training with Jay for 4+ years. It started while I was playing hockey competitively and has grown into a great friendship. The current athletes that train there all love him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he pushes each and every one of them to reach their full potential. It's a large reason why most of his athletes go on to play high levels of sports, including many NCAA D1 athletes. Don't let the "fake" reviews turn you away. In the 4 years, I have trained with Jay, I have never met one of these 1-star clients of his. A little personal note about me and some recent experience. Since I stopped playing hockey competitively a few years ago, I gained quite a few lbs. I went to Jay at the beginning of 2018 and asked for his help with a workout program to help me shed some weight. I posted some before and after pics below, but in 10 weeks with Jay's program, I was able to shed 18 pounds. Big thanks to him for his continued support.”

“I had Lasik done with Vision One a few months ago. Other than a long wait the morning of, the procedure was quick, the staff was friendly and I felt very confident about the procedure. Before the day of surgery, I had one appointment to review my eyes and make sure I was a candidate for Lasik. The day of surgery was a long day (8 am until 12:30 ish if I remember correctly). There are several videos and the doctor walks through the procedure with you before you go into the room. Once in the room, they check your eyes and then perform the procedure. Afternoon the procedure is finished, they once again check to make sure everything looks good. In and out of the “operating room” in 15 minutes. Then you’re free to go home and rest the remaineder of the day. The following morning I had my check up, where I was told everything looked great. I’ve gone back for the required follow ups and am very impressed with the results from the procedure. Great procedure, great staff, great experience! C. Collins”

I am fortunate to be able to have a stylist like Arsenia, who is incredibly sweet, detail-oriented, gifted, and willing! I have been seeing her for a long time and she truly knows what she’s doing and will make you feel rigjt at home at the stop. Not to mention, it’s always a fun time to get my haircut from her and see friendly stylists like Michelle and Tanisha. I appreciate the hard work these people do as they can make the greatest difference with their clippers! I would highly recommend anyone to visit this store for a haircut.”
