They showed up within the stated window of time and had very good communication to refine the actual.arrival time. The basic service of a sweep and inspection went quick and thorough. Any recommended services post-inspection were well described and prioritized. No sales job, really, but detailed pictures with risk and comfort assessment. Ended up resealing the smoke box as a high priority service for our fireplace. Back to burning later this weekend. Will recommend to friends.”
