(October 18, 2016, 7:11 pm)I have been on the program about 7 months and it works. The classes show different ways to keep the weight off permanently. The program helps you learn how to do various strength training exercises at home and how to do mindful eating . The instructors are awesome and very knowledgeable in their field.The staff is great and are always there if you have any questions.

(August 31, 2015, 1:50 pm)The Westmont staff are great, and the program works! The shakes, bars and soups are good, and you can add flavorings and spices to change them up a bit from time to time. Dr, Wallin is very caring and knowledgeable. They tailor the program to your needs, from a total fast--on which you just eat their products for up to 16 weeks--to a part-food, part-Optifast program, to a regular food-only program. The classes are small, during which they provide a lot of valuable written and verbal information on a variety of health and nutrition issues, from low-carb meal planning, to food journaling, to handling stress, and even strategies for food shopping. You also get the support of fellow classmates. There are no public weigh-ins or even the sharing of any numbers unless that's something you want to do. The whole experience has been very supportive and holistic, and my results have been very good!
