The instructor (Chris) is a knowledgeable yoga instructor & she has experience teaching restorative yoga & pelvic floor classes. I like the mix of pregnancy specific poses that prepare my body for birth, stretch out all those kinks that come with pregnancy & I come away relaxed and refreshed. The studio space is a gorgeous 2nd floor studio, although it's a little hard to find from the outside (go up a stairwell to find the studio).”

Can't tell you how many times that place came through in clutch situations. Also, they got the cleanest bathrooms you'll EVER see at a gas station. It's all Holly. She's the backbone of that store.
