“Went with my friend to get some custom work on his 67 Skylark seats and dash. Met John Riggs, 3ed generation owner. I tell you what, this guy is just a really good guy. You just meet him and he's just one of those guys that you just really like. We looked at his shop and showroom and it's really a class act operation with the welcoming like you're his friend of years. He was straight up and told us the work we needed wouldn't be completed until mid August because they're swamped. We didn't even think twice about looking for another shop to get it done quicker because you just knew, no, this is the best place for the job. We never even questioned the price. On the dash board recover he said there was two options and he would call once he got pricing and then let my friend decide which route to go and then the seat pad and recover was a no problem easy repair. I'm 100% CERTAIN, his work and pricing is going to be the best out there. I'm confident we're going to walk away completely satisfied and it's going to be done a lot sooner than expected. Great shop experience.”

“This Jiffy Lube is run by some of the most caring, kind and compassionate people I’ve ever encountered at an oil change service. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. I’ve been taking my vehicles to this location for nearly 10 years, and they never fail to impress. For example, and this is crazy, after a long road trip yesterday my family and I were unloading the car when we heard meowing coming from somewhere under the car, or was it the bushes? We couldn’t tell. Our neighbors even tried to place where it was coming from, but to no avail. The next morning, I went to their location for my regular oil change, and lo and behold…the staff and I heard meowing! All five staff members jumped to the rescue and after careful work they saved a very young and healthy kitten that somehow found its way into the wheel well, seemingly through the front grill. I’ve included a picture. He was quickly adopted and named “Stash”. This place is run by very decent human beings to say the least…oh, the work they’ve done on all my cars over the past decade had been fantastic.”

“Sitting at Walgreens in a 2016 Escalade, all of a sudden check engine light starts flashing and traction control light comes on, all of a sudden engine misfiring bad. Called Chi-Town Customs and talked to Marcelo. Explained the problem and he said bring it by. Multiple codes and dead fuel injector, Marcelo said (no problem). They start tearing apart and then there is the problem. Seized injector in the head, they went to work and boom few hours later car is running smother than ever. They did things that they say can’t be done, Keith said let me pull out the magic mojo. Long story short Chi-Town did a job that nobody would have done for minimum half the cost of anybody with quality and care that I have never seen at any other shop. Highly recommended. The real surprise came when I saw they had washed and waxed the car, and detailed cleaned it, inside and out. It has not looked this good since it drove it from the dealer new ten years ago.
