“Yoga Rhythms in Lisle is simply wonderful! Margo and Peggy and all the other instructors and knowledgable and friendly. Svaroopa Yoga is a style that is very gently yet very powerful so it is great for advanced yoga students and people with no experience and those with no experience or with physical challenges. The release from mental and physical stress it provides is great. I would encourage everyone to try a class. You'll be glad you did! The studio offers a great store carrying yoga related items. There are always a variety of interesting events offered.”

“If you go in the summer, this place looks like the geriatrics wing of a hospital. The equipment is nice but deadlifting heavy will make the manager mad and he'll whine at you. “Nice place to take the kids. It has a kids pool area, and the pool goes to about 5 ft. There is a water slide that is very fun. The best part about it is that it is free. One thing that I didn't like is that the lifeguards go on break quite often, and for extended amounts of time. During this time no one can enter the pool. I guess you can't complain if it is free.”
