“A friend and I recently went to a tiling class here because we both want to install a backsplash in our kitchens. Pete was the instructor and I have to say he made the experience fun AND educational! He had a great sense of humor and he was very good about going step by step and clearly showing us exactly what to do with whatever type of tile we decided to use. He had us participate as well, cutting and placing the tile. He showed us which tools to use and how to obtain them and emphasized how cleaning as you go was the most important part! We really enjoyed this class and would definitely recommend others taking it. I feel like I can go home and tile the backsplash with ease. Even better, Pete told us if we have questions as we go along, we can send an email and he can call us directly to help us through any issues we may be having. It was a pleasure watching him work and hearing his tiling stories. I almost want to take the class again just to hang with Pete! The store itself was beautiful and had an incredible variety of tile to choose from. Jonathan was a great help when I was trying to determine which tile would be best for my style of kitchen. “Superior Customer service. Called due to inoperable fan on a hot Friday afternoon and spoke with Daryl. Daryl undertook the urgency situation and within moments later I received a call from Jason. Jason was straight forward before the service call and stated that he would be available within a certain time. That's a pro pros.Jason sounded very capable. Will post the final comment after service call. Update: Jason was efficient, and relayed the issue in simple language terms. He assessed the problem from a problem of elimination stand point and went straight to work. In the end he provided positive feedback and charged a fair price for his labor, time and service. Through it all he was courteous and carried himself in a professional manner. In the future if I need service I will call them back. First time poster. Have to give credit where credit is due.
