“All 3 of these movies are really bad for kids under 15!! I only let my 15 & 17 year olds watch it once. I was thinking about letting my 13 year old watch it but I decided no there's too much flirting and kissing and dating--ICK!! So no no no no no no no no no.....”

“Excellent Day care. My son loved it. Lot of activities on a daily basis to keep the kids busy that include music, game, fun, math, science. Soccer classes through soccer shots is adding more fun in Thursday’s scheduled. Tracking daily activities, daily report, watching kid pictures and videos through Tadpoles app is amazing. 10 out of 10 to Kiddie Academy :-)”

“I was on my way to open my locker for the first time of they year and I found a dead rat laying there. I soon proceeded to eat the rat with a couple of friends. by the way im hoping to open my locker next year with the surprise of a tasty rat. I also heard that there was a rat taking a swim in the pool and the janitor Anita decided to grab the rat put it inside a bag and SPLAT her/him on the ground, so inhumane.”

“Our daughter started at this location when she was 2 months old and just recently turned one. The teachers in the infant room are absolutely amazing! They do such a great job with the babies and accommodating to each individuals needs. My daughter absolutely loves coming here to see her friends and teachers. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. And the Director Kathy is great! This location is extremely clean and I would definitely recommend if you’re in need of child care. Wish there was a way to give this location more than 5 stars!”

“Both of my children have been at Kensington since they were infants. My son just started kindergarten this year in District 204 and all I can say is that he is so prepared for what they are teaching in the schools. This was all due to the excellent curriculum that is taught at Kensington! My kids both love the school and have thrived due to the nurturing learning environment present at Kensington. I would not hesitate at all to send my kids to this school.”

“I visited many schools, both public and private, before deciding to enroll my son at Chesterbrook academy. He has just completed his kindergarten year and it was phenomenal. Here are some of the things we loved: Even though the curriculum is very large and detailed, Mrs. Nelson managed to get through all the topics on it! She used fun creative approaches with impeccable time management and organization. She is also amazingly responsive to emails, well outside her working hours. There is a whole host of extra curricular activities, right at the school - the usual stuff like gymnastics, soccer, basketball, karate but also less common ones like cooking club and food styling. My son took private piano tuition with Ms. Bang and it filled me with confidence to see her gently encouraging him, even when she didn't realize I was peeking into the music room. She is so talented; my elderly neighbour came along to see the school musical and said he has been through all his kids and grandkids musicals but none could even compare to this one. I have seen art pieces that I am shocked were created by my 5 year old; they are amazing. My husband thinks Mrs Linardtou is a magician. And hands down my son will say his favourite class is gym with Mrs. Navarro; he looks forward to running around with her - she is so energetic. There are regular field trips: for fun, like the park; in relation to the curriculum, like the car wash wind turbines and also for good will, like when the kids sing to the elderly. Everyone gets opportunities to go on the stage and perform infront of their classmates and others. From science fair, to leading the assembly to the concert at the mall. My expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. Important to note if you're considering joining: They require lots of parent involvement: classroom volounteers for special days; chaperones on field trips; practicing parts for performances and lots of homework. There is a very active PTA as well. In conclusion: Chesterbrook Elementary is a small, very supportive school community. They go above and beyond in so many areas. My son loves school here. We love it too.”
