  Dr. Duff is the best referral I was ever given!
  
  I had been suffering with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and wasn't able to function very well for a couple weeks. I wasn't getting the sleep I needed and was in much pain, all the while consuming Tylenol & Ibuprofen like they were candy. This, along with other “aches & pains” prompted me to call after getting a referral from a good friend. Upon receiving my initial consult I was excited to learn that Dr. Duff is about finding the root cause of an issue and correcting it. I chose to go with him and have had many positive results and am on my way to a healthier lifestyle because of it. I am happy to say that I am living pain free and sleep better than I have in years, without the aid of Tylenol & Ibuprofen. I am so pleased with my results thus far that I have brought my 14yr old daughter to receive treatment from him too!

  Dr. Duff is truely the best! Went in for back pain relief and came out with so much more knowledge than I ever got from any other chiropractor! I tell everyone I know about him because there are too many people living with pain and health problems, that I now know can be fixed with his help.

  Dr. Duff is truly amazing! His knowledge of the body and how it works is vast. He takes each patiently individually and makes a plan personalized to them. He truly cares for his patients and has a genuine and sincere approach to whatever your needs may be. I started as a skeptic, not sure what to think. I had migraines weekly and headaches almost daily. When seeing him regularly they are almost non existent with the help of no medications. I’ve seen chiropractic help people with a wide array of issues, things you wouldn’t think a chiropractor could help with. I highly suggest getting the opinion of a chiropractor for any needs or if you’re just looking for a healthier lifestyle. Thanks for all you do Dr Duff!

  Working in healthcare for over 25 years, you hear the stories and the taboo of using chiropractic care as a treatment option. I was EXTREMELY skeptical coming in but was left with no other treatment plan as doctors refused to send me to physical therapy until they saw the outcome from the prescriptions they gave me. After being on steroids for over 3 weeks with minimal relief and massive side effects, I came to see Dr. Duff. He was patient, listened to my concerns and skepticism and laid out a plan of action to get me back to living my normal life. Treatment was going extremely well when I got into a car accident and broke my tailbone. Although this was a setback, he modified treatment and encouraged me throughout my frustrations. His overall knowledge of health, nutrition and the body is amazing. Throw in a fantastic staff who is welcoming, friendly and easy to work with and it makes my visits all the more pleasant. So, from someone who use to think chiropractic care was a joke, I'm here eating a big slice of humble pie as I endorse this practice. Dr. Duff gave me options, hope and relief when general doctors wanted to keep me on prescriptions and mask the pain instead of treating the problem. Kudos to him and his staff for treating the person as a whole; physically, emotionally and compassionately.

  Dr Duff truly cares about your well being. Would recommend to anyone looking for a way to improve physically and have a better understanding of healthy way to live. I highly recommend!
