(August 24, 2018, 11:08 am)Always friendly and prompt. Go above and beyond to make me feel like me and my vehicles belong there. Even researched and texted me tire pricing over the weekend so I could have tires replaced before my trip out of town. Followed up my service with a personal thank you card and coupon as well as a phone call to ask how everything was going. You don't find this level of service at many places anymore. I highly recommend them.

The employees & owners have always given us an estimate of what needed to be done, as well as what we need to watch for in the future. When the work was completed it was always within the quote we were given at the time of the estimate. We have experienced only professional, courteous & efficient service from J & R. We have always been happy with their results. We have confidently referred them to family & friends.

J & R Service Center 10/15/2018 Category: Service Tiffany said the business did a good job but her trunk wont open and it was opening and closing perfectly with no issue before, and since the business had it wont open she plans on coming in to see what can be done about this problem.
