(August 24, 2018, 12:01 am)I believe this was the nicest experience ever with a towing company. I just had a rough time with loading some cars and they helped me in no time. At the end, to make it even nicer i got a great discount. This is not something you see everyday. Honesty, punctuality and patience are just some of the qualities you can attribute to these guys. (January 29, 2018, 10:49 pm)I was on my way back to school and broke down right before the Gardner exit on the highway and could not have broken down in a better spot. They were very both very professional and very nice and honest people. Highly recommend them!
(June 2, 2016, 12:01 pm)On a road trip to take my son to college and had to stop for an emergency repair. These folks couldn't have been nicer and took care of us right away. Got us in and out and back on the road quickly. Highly recommend this place. Convenient off Interstate 55 too!
(February 16, 2016, 10:33 pm)I work here as a tow truck operator. 100x better than McCoys services Inc. And Snowdance enterprises. Jeff and Amy treat all employees and customers like family. Trucks run great. I'm being trained on different things. Honesty is everywhere here with this company. I'm not going anywhere.
(October 22, 2015, 9:38 pm)My experience at J&R Service Center was 100% satisfactory.....I was given both personal and professional treatment from the time I walked in the door, until the time I left the Center....The work done on my vehicle was excellent and the cost was extremely fair and reasonable.....I greatly appreciated the diagnostic comments given to me dealing with issues that I needed to be aware of concerning my vehicle .....I will certainly return to J&R with my vehicle needs!
