The new agency in the new state messed up my policy and it resulted in my policy with this agency remaining, while the new agency made a new policy for the same car. The Dziedzic agency took it upon themselves to contact the new agency and work it out with them. They even noticed that the new agency made my policy incorrectly and missed several discounts, and they said they would address that as well with the new agency. This shows they really care about the customer. They had no financial incentive to help me with my problems with the other agency but they did anyway.”
