“I’ve never experienced such a welcoming shopping trip. The Support Manager was amazing Michael. I was looking for item that was not on the shelf, he actually took his time to go to the back and ACTUALLY look for it.(This is RARE nowadays) I didn’t expect the item to be as big as it was, he held the item for me until me husband got off of work! Awesome customer service!!!! It gets better... when I went to retrieve my item I met another Micheal and I believe a woman name Rita. They were so pleasant and helpful. Micheal even helped me and my husband put our items in the car and it was freezing outside. This trip to Walmart has really made me realize that it is people out in the world who actually like their job.It might not mean much to others but I greatly appreciated genuine and sincere effort to help me!! Thank you guys!!! You all have an amazing team! I will be back????”
