True professionals! I had a wiring nightmare and pointers came in and quickly identified the problems. They explained everything thoroughly and gave a couple options on the repairs. They'll do the job the way it should be.

We had them put an outlet on the wall for our 50 amp service to our fifth wheel. Did an excellent job! Worked very quickly and efficiently

Cannot express my gratitude enough. I'd recently bought an older home & had the inspections, etc. Although the electric was upgraded, because the report made mention to knob & tube our insurance threatened to cancel the policy with less than a weeks notice. I had about 7 calendar days to have to an electrician out, diagnose the situation, and if necessary replace the necessary electrical. I contacted Pointer Electric around 5-6pm on Monday & they answered the phone. Shelly was very nice and immediately very helpful. Wednesday morning they had an electrician out to inspect, and by Friday morning they had provided the official all clear letter for me to give to my insurance. The electrician was also very nice & understanding. Highly recommended.
