“Very friendly and welcoming gym. PLENTY of room to spread out, with multiple squat racks, bench racks, pulley systems, row ergs, kettlebells, and accessory machines to isolate muscle groups. Caters to every range of the population. Even young children have even been there doing crossfit with their parents. There is a separate room for cardio equipment also. I cannot claim what the "motto" of the gym itself is, but on the wall they have the saying "Better Than Yesterday" and I believe that speaks for the attitude of the gym. Everybody just wants everyone else to get better and is always willing to share their knowledge, experience, and motivation with others. This gym has more than enough potential to help you reach your health goals. Plenty of equipment and camaraderie. The management is superb as well.”
