She went out of her way to help make sure a bouquet was received by my nephew - even though she took my phone call was right before she closed up. She took the order, went out of her way to describe and help find just the right arrangement, and then offered to personally deliver the arrangement to the room, after she locked up. Wow. I don't like the new design of the backpacks with the one zipper on the front pocket. It's harder to close -a double zipper or better yet, the old design with the pocket flap was better. Also, I had to return one because the handle ripped. Still, it's a great store!”
