(January 4, 2019, 2:41 pm)super nice teacher! i had a great time and i have never done bikram before but with the instructors help, it was a great experience. the locker rooms were very cool because they had samples of products for us to take home and try. would defiantly recommend 10/10. also, there was a great taco place right next door that made a great after class snack.

(August 20, 2018, 3:29 pm)best Bikram Studio in the Fox Valley and Western Suburbs in my book!! Clean studio, incredible teachers and the community of yogis is 2nd to none. A great place if your new to Bikram or if you have been practicing for a while check them out, my guess is you will keep coming back!!

(June 7, 2018, 9:32 am)First of all, the people are very friendly and non-judgmental. It's a very welcoming place. Their products are a top-notch workout. Bikram Yoga has improved my physical and mental health - no more wrist pain from my computer job, and increased flexibility and endurance. And don't get me started on Inferno Hot Pilates! Full body, low impact, high intensity workout packed into 60 minutes. What more could you want? I'm stronger and much more toned than I've been in years. AND, no equipment is needed. No special shoes or clothes required. Just a yoga mat and towel. It doesn't get any easier than that!

(March 12, 2018, 11:29 am)Have enjoyed a very positive experience with the staff and facility. Instructors are on point and work to help all have an excellent workout. The facility is clean and setting is very pleasant. This is about as good as you'll find if you're serious about a hot yoga practice.
