“Above and beyond! Bill showed up at 7:30 on Thanksgiving morning, 2018 to replace our failed well pump and save our Thanksgiving party. He did the job well and charged us the normal rate, not inflated holiday rate. He identified the problem and had everything he needed with him to replace our well pump and did so in 3 hours. “As much as it sucks to get towed, this place makes it a little less painful. I came home to find my car “gone”. As I have never had an issue with parking at my destination before, I had first thought it was stolen! Before making assumptions I called the towing company even though the hours of business were closed. The man who answered was not sure if my car had been towed so he called the driver right away to find out if it was impounded. Within 10 minutes the driver called me to let me know that indeed it was picked up and if I wanted to come pick it up. I was already on route when I had told the driver I was picking it up. It was past 1 am... and the driver rushed to the shop to let me take my car out. He was also very easy going and light-hearted about the situation. For all I know, he didn’t have to stop what he was doing, probably sleeping, to come out in the freezing weather to let me take my car. They could have easily told me to wait until their store hours. Thank you for being kind and flexible to make a towing experience less annoying!”

“Beautiful job on a vintage chair I had refinished. Jesse stripped the chair so I could paint the frame before they reupholstered it. The chair had lots of tufting on the back and I didn't want any tufting on the back. Jesse told me he might have to do a little tufting to make the fabric lay right across the back since it was curved. To my delight when I picked it up he was able to do it without any tufting! I feel that Jesse really listened to what I asked for and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the finished product!”
