Around 11:45AM on Valentines Day I received a phone call from the shop to let me know the person whom I sent flowers to was not home to receive them. They told me they had no issue going back at a later time to deliver them around 2:30-3PM when she would be home which was great. She actually ended up coming home for lunch around 12PM so I called the shop back to see if they were still in the area and if they could get them back out to her within 20 minutes while she was still home for lunch. Right as she was about to leave to go back they delivered the flowers, it was perfect timing! Thank you again so much. The flowers looked beautiful as well!
(December 6, 2018, 12:31 am)Can’t recommend highly enough! They created the most beautiful custom bouquet for our wedding anniversary and we were both blown away by its beauty and creativeness. They made it better than I could have imagined and incorporated all of my requests! Great customer service. Will be going back for all our floral needs!

(June 8, 2018, 1:33 pm)I recently ordered the "Your Light Shines" bouquet from St. Charles Florist and was extremely satisfied with both the product and the delivery. The flowers showed up in perfect condition and my wife said they were the most beautiful arrangement she's ever received. I will definitely be placing future orders here. Thank you!
