One employee says Hello Richard everytime I walk in and surprisingly most on the loans i was able to get more than the first offer. My favorite employee is the young black gentleman. So i headed to Zieglers Ace Hardware in Carpentersville and asked if they could help me figure it out and finish assembling the lamp. Melissa was the employee who assisted me and she was fantastic!!
