(November 26, 2018, 3:13 pm)I had used this line to go to and from the city without an issue. I was on the last train home and fell asleep. I missed my stop , and in a furry raced out of the train. My wallet must have slipped out of my pants, and was left on the train. I called their lost and found and one of the staff on the train had recovered and taken it to Union station. There is still hope for great honest people in this world. Thank you for having integrity.
(July 19, 2017, 9:26 am)Safe location, plenty of parking, spaces are clearly marked and legible, quick access to highway, coffee shop incase you're running late from home.
Criticism of Metra not Big Timber: Ticket machines should give change (but that's every lot), or lower cost to pay online. Not sure if it's against regulation/state law to give change, or if it's a way for them to increase revenue and lower overheard.
(April 24, 2017, 6:41 am)Finally there is a coffee shop back! Nice people, too. Exiting the parking lot is challenging. Biggest issue is rouge parking tickets even with monthly paid parking.
(March 9, 2017, 7:08 am)While I think the parking surface could be improved the race to get out of the parking lot isn't Metra's fault and happens at pretty much ever metra parking lot during rush hours and to be honest not sure why. If you sit in you car for a couple of minutes and then leave it's smooth sailing. Lots of parking and great to be end of line as the train cars are waiting for you - and when the weather is bad that's a good thing
