  State Automatic just put in a new furnace and humidifier in my single family home. I really liked how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was and they seemed to actually care about the work they did and it shows. The installation was very clean from all the electrical and plumbing routing, etc. System works great and is very quiet, its a Carrier 96% 2 stage. I got a better system then other quotes I had.

  During a hot spell in August, our AC went out in the middle of the night. I sent an email to State Automatic at 4 am requesting help ASAP. Kathy called me at 7:30 that morning. A technician--I think it was Bob--came out at 8:30 and had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes. We needed a new AC system, and, since the furnace was on its last legs, we decided to replace it, as well. Plus, the humidifier. They made it simple and easy and gave us a good deal. Not only that, they had a team of three guys here a day later and got the whole job done in about six hours. They were friendly and efficient and kept the place clean. Great job from a great team. Our new HVAC system works great. I plan to use State Automatic from now on and highly recommend them to any homeowner in the Fox Valley. - Bill Utz, Geneva

  The folks at State Automatic have been part of our family since 2006 when we had our house built. Through the years they have been highly responsive and super helpful. Recently, we decided to upgrade our furnace and AC. Bob and Anne explained everything. Dave, Johnny, and Mike did a GREAT job. High quality work, effective cleanup, and answered every question I had.
