What a terrific experience! The people at Isaac's are so friendly and helpful. I have an antique rocker that has been in the family for generations, and the caning in the seat gave out. I was looking to have it re-caned (which they can do) but she suggested to me that I might want to upholster it. They helped me pick out just the right fabric in my price range. It is gorgeous and I love it. I think it will last a few more generations! Really great experience. thank you.

Yvette was wonderful to work with. The chairs were professionally picked up and delivered on time. Communication was constant and the end result is absolute perfection. The chairs look better than when they were brand new and a different color! I would highly recommend Isaac's Upholstery to anyone looking to make old furniture new again!

Puppy vs. newish sectional....and the win for Isaac's Upholstering! We came to discover our puppy loves to chew zippers and buttons off furniture. Our 3 year old sectional was the victim. Isaac's was great about giving options to fix a few cushions vs. re-upholstering the entire piece. Wonderful work and easy to work with! Grateful!

If you are in need of upholstery repair or replacement, I highly recommend Issac’s Custom Upholstery in Geneva. Our entire experience from start to finish with Issac’s was incredible. Their customer service is exceptional- -friendly & helpful with great communication every step of the way. They made you feel like they care about your furniture as much as you do, and I believe that’s how they treat your pieces as well. The workmanship was superior. I honestly didn’t think the nail head embellishments could be removed without damaging our chairs or leaving a mark. They explained the options for the removal explicitly. The same day we brought the chairs in, the work was completed and to my surprise, the nail heads were flawlessly removed! They have many convenient options to service you, but if you get a chance to visit Isaac’s beautiful showroom, do so. Great service, quality work, and a fair price!

Recently I had an old chair (about 1900) originally from my grandmother's house reupholstered. It turned out wonderfully. Yvette was very helpful with selecting the right fabric and details. The workmanship is excellent and the price a fair value. I came to Isaac's because I had them reupholstered several chairs around 1993 when the business was run by her parents. Their reputation and family tradition for excellence continues!
