“Mike came out and serviced our LG True Steam front loading washing machine a couple of years ago. Since I had diagnosed the issue and believed it to be the drain pump, Mike verified over the phone and made sure he brought the part with him for the service appointment. While replacing the pump, he also gave me several useful pointers as to how to use my washer and dryer more efficiently. From a cost perspective, he was the most reasonable estimate and a few years later, the machine is still working great! I will definitely call him when another appliance that is no longer under a service agreement/ warranty needs repair.”
