  Wonderful experience. Customer Service was great! Rocky and Jo were very helpful in guiding me through getting a new iPhone and Apple Watch. They answered all my questions...even when I asked them twice. Thank you, ladies!!!

  We are extremely satisfied with the staff here at this location. Any questions we had were answered. We are really happy with the great customer service showed by Adam, Cory, Ali, Savion, and Sid. Even though sometimes our set up of our new plan became complicated, everyone showed patience and worked as a team to resolve any issues we encountered. We highly recommend working with anyone mentioned above.

  I inadvertently reset my phone and deleted everything today. Having no idea how to get the phone to work let alone see if anything was salvageable, I went to the Verizon store in Huntley. Celena was amazing! I didn't even know what email I used to set up my phone. Selena tried every email listed under my Verizon account and even some that weren't until we found one that opened up the phone. Not only that but she was able to retrieve some of my photos when I thought that I would have lost all of them. I am so grateful to her for helping me out today. I highly recommend the store to anyone who is looking for a new phone, new service, or just help in general with anything Verizon.

  Eric and Jamie were incredibly helpful when we visited the store. My daughter had accidentally broken her old phone. The people at the store looked into all options, including simply trying to repair her old phone. We decided the more practical option was to replace the phone and they found us the most economical option for a quality smart phone. And they worked tirelessly to help get a trade in for her old and broken phone. We are exceptionally grateful for their persevere and all their help. We highly recommend this store.

  Stopped going to Verizon stores because of poor service until visiting this newly opened one with my daughter. Manager Adam met us at the door and was amazing in answering all of our questions, assisting us in the purchase and informed me of Military benefits I was not aware of. His overall knowledge and assistance was incredible and turned me into a repeat customer and my daughter happy with her upgraded iPhone. Well done Adam and great job Verizon, finally building a store that meets the customer's needs. Looking forward to my next visit to the Verizon store and my next purchase from Verizon. A 25 year Verizon customer.
