    Excellent grilled cheese sandwich with ham, bacon, tomato, and 3 kinds of cheese. The creamy chicken with rice soup with lemon was also great. Friendly staff.

    Great food and wonderful staff. They did not offer the Greek fries thay serve in Crystal Lake. Kinda sad about that.

    The food here is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy and the service is great! We had a minor issue with our meal, but our server and the manager on duty went above and beyond the call to make sure we were happy. We thought everything was fine and were very content with how our server handled the issue, when the manager suddenly appeared with a gift card and encouragement to "come try us again". We were very surprised, but would have definitely come back, even without the gift card. Thanks to our server, Sarah, and the manager for making our lunch a wonderful experience!

    Good food. Nice family atmosphere. Friendly staff. Tuesday half price burgers. Great deal!

    We have had some bad experiences with Village squire. With that said my wife and I received a gift certificate for Christmas. This last experience was actually really nice. The music was an hour late to start. However, the food was excellent and our waiter was attentive. The plating of our food looked like there was some pride and attention to detail I would expect given their menu prices. #romantic #livemusic
