(January 14, 2018, 1:48 pm)My daughter (5 years old at the time) was a screamer when she started. She cried when asked to float or put her face in the water. The instructors were patient and supportive. They built up her confidence and trust. Today at 7 she was just moved to swim team. Wow what a difference. Can't speak highly enough of the instructors we have had.
We've had a great experience. They have fun events every 8 weeks or so and other loyalty bonuses.
