  I've been taking my wife's and my car here for years. They are quick, friendly, and reasonable. They are honest and will tell you what your car needs and what can wait to be done. I'm always impressed with their service and how fast they work. Thank you Adam. I'll be coming back for years.

  I brought my car to NTB for tires due to proximinty of my house. I brought it back twice to rebalance the tires because of a shimmy at higher speeds. They told me one of my rims was probably bent and needed to be replaced. I didn't have this issue before I went in so was skeptical. I brought my car to Adam at Discount Tire for a second opinion and they were able to balance my tires and remove the shimmy. Great job and awesome customer service!

  Been coming here for 15 years, it's always busy and fast. My daughter went there today for the first time for her car and they took care of her like everyone else. Fast and reasonable, Adam and Matt are great!

  In short... I had a flat tire, didn't have time to price out tire repair shops, drove to the nearest shop which was Discount Tire & Service on 2nd St. in St. Charles, the tire was repaired and its time to pay. I stood at the counter with my credit card in one hand and a tire warranty contract in the other, which I failed to present before the repair. Not knowing if it would be covered, I asked them to take a look at the warranty. In my experiences with customer service these days I fully expected to be brushed off since they saw I was ready to pay with my card. Adam, the fella helping me at the counter, pleaded my case with the warranty company over the phone for at least 20 minutes but probably longer...yadda yadda yadda..."Sorry this is taking so long"....yadda yadda yadda...small talk while on hold.... all while helping other customers and being just as friendly and courteous as he was with me. I told him how much I appreciated the effort and his response was something like "Well, I know you're new in town and didn't want to let you down".
  
  Like I said, I didn't have time to shop around for pricing and now I don't intend to. My family will always bring our business to Discount Tire & Service because of this experience, which by the way was around long before the corporate chain.

  Matt and Adam run a very efficient, no nonsense operation here. Sure could use a bigger footprint for parking and shop access, but then again that is part of the charm. Fair prices. Accommodating.
