  I was passing through IL on I-88 with only a few hours left to submit my Crossfit Open 19.4 score. I called many different gyms and no one was willing to let me drop in to do the open.
  NOT THE CASE WITH Crossfit Sugar Grove!!! This gym welcomed me in with open arms and great encouragement. They even stayed after the gym was closed to make sure the score posted. Seriously, I felt like part of their community after only one hr there. If you live in the Sugar Grove area and not already a member, why?!

  Incredible box with incredible coaches. Whatever your goal is this place will help you get there. You will never feel out of place here and the environment is always welcoming. If you're reading these reviews then you're considering giving it a chance, so just do it. You won't regret it.

  I started at this gym a year ago. I never worked out before and I was 45 years old. For the first two months I used an empty bar and learned the moves. I never felt awkward or out of place. Everyone there is so kind and supportive. The coaches go over every workout before you do it. I had so many moves I thought "I could never do" and here I am at 46 years young doing handstand push-ups! I am so happy and proud that I found this gym! I have a full gym in my basement (that my husband uses) but I would never push myself at home like I do here. The coaches and members make it so worth it! You have to try this place!

  I would highly recommend this crossfit gym to anyone! I remember my first day I was so nervous, and that I would mess something up. Now almost a year later I can do almost all of the lifts. The coaching staff is wonderful, as well as the owners of this box. The atmosphere is incredible, and you will meet so many wonderful people.

  CrossFit Sugar Grove is an amazing community of athletes at all levels of fitness. The coaches are all highly skilled and are there to guide, teach and inspire each and every time you walk in the door! The class sizes are geared toward the feeling of having a personal trainer during each workout. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you will find a welcoming atmosphere at CrossFit Sugar Grove from both the athletes and the coaches. You won’t find a better CrossFit box anywhere!
