  Entire crew was very professional and caring. So glad I chose this company! They helped us with a medical evacuation out of the Dominican Republic and they knew exactly what they were doing.

  Our experience with AeroCare was fantastic. We needed to get a family member from Arizona to a Chicago hospital for medical treatment, and he was too sick to fly commercial. On the recommendation of the hospital's helicopter transport company, we contacted AeroCare and they took care of everything.
  
  The flight was safe, fast and efficient, with an experienced flight crew and medical personnel. AeroCare also organized the ambulances to get the patient from his home to the airport in Arizona, and from the Chicago airport to the hospital; interacted with the hospital staff in order to make sure that the hospital was ready to accept the patient when he arrived; bent over backwards to make sure that the patient was comfortable at all times; and answered our many questions via email and phone, day and night. The process was absolutely seamless, from start to finish.
  
  In addition to the great service, everyone we dealt with, from our contact person to the pilot to the medical personnel on the flight, were very nice people. It was obvious from the start that these people sincerely cared about the patient's comfort, and wanted to do a great job. They did, and we are very grateful.

  This is a first rate professionally operated and staffed air ambulance system that provided exceptional service to me when transferring a patient from a hospital facility in southeastern NY to Nashville TN. Every single aspect was precisely planned and executed, and with a minimum of input and effort from us. I am a neurosurgeon who requested them to transport an elderly parent , and this required only one phone call to arrange the flight times, and provide basic necessary information. I was able to email documents and permits without difficulty, and Aerocare made all critical contacts with hospital discharge and admitting personnel and with ground transportation at both departure and arrival locales. Provision of funds to them was also expeditious and straightforward.
  
  Worth every penny to have this done correctly without any issues whatsoever.
  
  I have been involved as a physician with other medical emergency air-evac operations in the past, primarily for organ donation and harvesting purposes, and I have not seen more efficient service than this.
