(August 5, 2018, 3:09 pm)Fantastic, small place totally run by donations and volunteers. Very informative volunteers. A wonderful place to see replicas of ww2 planes and real planes and helicopters from the past. Touching memorial for WW2, Vietnam, and Gulf War soldiers and veterans.
(July 1, 2018, 1:34 pm)Really enjoyed our day. We had a guided tour by a veteran who was a volunteer there. He told us the history behind the planes, his own personal experience as well as others who work there. The planes were truly amazing to see. Inside has all kinds of military service things from uniforms to metals to engines of aircraft. The gentlemen who run the museum were very sweet, funny, kind and shared their story with us. We can't wait to go back so we can read all about the men who served. Thank you for such a wonderful morning.
(April 29, 2018, 7:33 pm)Ok, wow. The military air enthusiast will not be disappointed! A total of 12 vehicles, some in which you can enter and get in the cockpits. The staff are retired military veterans with extensive knowledge and love for the planes and helicopters. The museum's collection is substantial and worth the time to investigate. There's even a library with manuals and educational books (you can't check out the books though). The price was affordable and the experience was unforgettable.
Don't forget to stop at the gift shop for aircraft memorabilia!
