“Lovely office. It has a spa-like quality to it and impeccably clean. And they have massage chairs you can keep on during your dental work. Wot in tarnation? Pretty kewl. IMHO, I believe his work is amazing. And I've been to enough dentists to know this and keep coming back. He showed me my teeth before, during and after with a series of photos, which is great when you have a mouth full of problems. I was told to just sit and wait without checking-in as soon as I walked in. Not sure if they were having a bad day or what... But will update rating in the future if that improves.”

“I cannot even begin to explain how grateful I am for the vet at VCA. After I came back from a vacation that I brought my kitty along to, I noticed that he was lethargic and wasn't eating, drinking or using his litter box. The cherry on top is when I found him hiding behind my dryer (Hiding in cats is usually them accepting their death) so I immediately panicked and called the nearest 24 hour vet clinic that I could find. Once we got there the wait time was pretty short and everything went smoothly with checking in and stuff. After taking he temperature and weight we waited for the doctor to come in. The vet was incredibly nice and that was something that I am also grateful for. When she came back she told me that my cats heart rate was extremely low and he most likely had kidney disease which had gone to the point that it was irreversible. She told us that euthanasia was most likely the best option. I got very emotional and she gave us as much time as needed for us to decide what to do and was very gentle and soft spoken. I really, really appreciate her empathy in the situation (as i was bawling my eyes out) Keep in mind this was also around one am. She gave us as much time as needed to say our goodbyes and she was the one to complete the procedure. They wrapped in up in a blanket and let me hold him while it happened. I am so thankful for her kindness and empathy in the situation and I would'nt've had anybody else handle the situation like she did. If your reading this, sorry I don't remember your name, but thank for everything that you did, it meant the world and then some to me.”
