Skitch electric is owned by my father, Steve Bartocci, whom is my father. Now you may see this as a biased review, but take my word for it that I truly and full heartedly am speaking genuinely. Skitch Electric was first created by my grandfather Augustino Bartocci who handed it down to my father roughly three decades ago. My father who now runs the company with his workforce of electrians have built some amazing projects over the years, never missing a deadly, and always completeing what is asked of them. I especially appreciate the fact that everyone in the company takes pride in their work and actually do seem genuinely interested in creating a big project as if its apart of their legacy. I appreciate their work too, cause without them Marcus Theatre, one of my biggest spots of entertainment in the South Elgin area, would probably be pretty inaddequette. Anyway I hope I haven't lathered on the praise of this business too much, its a great place, I love it, the family loves it, other people seem to love it toi, but hey. “WOW! What can I say! Ray installed some electrical work for me, it was somewhat involved where patio stones needed to be removed, and reinstalled. My past experience has taught me that this normally doesn't turn out to well. Well shame on me! Rays Electrical Service was phenomenal. The power is on and you would never have known a single block was removed. But wait, it gets better! Some how during the install a plumbing pipe broke. It wasn't noticed until several days later. When I contacted Ray he, without hesitation, was on the job and the broken pipe was repaired - no fuss - no muss. This is truly one professional company. Thank You Ray!”
