“Switched to a four line T-Mobile ONE plan, porting over phones from Sprint and from ATT, and the whole experience couldn't have gone smoother. I'm super impressed in general with T-Mobile as a company -- their transparency in their monthly costa, all of the benefits they offer, and the seamlessness of any interaction with them. Having Verizon on my work phone, and having come from ATT and Sprint, I can definitely say that T-Mobile has the best customer support, the best website and mobile app, and offers the simplest interaction when it comes to making changes (adding or subtracting) anything from device protection to a line. With this T-Mobile store in particular (on E Main St), I am also extremely satisfied. Every employee there answered all of our questions and walked us through every option in our transaction. We arrived late in the day but Nikko and the manger, Gary, stayed after closing time to help us complete our transaction. Even though the odds of being kicked out of any store in the middle of a transaction is probably low, once you cross that threshold, sometimes you'll feel like you're getting pushed out - but Nikko and Gary were great! They were never pushy, they never tried to upsell us on litlle things here and there, and they were both honestly just great to talk to. Although I didn't exactly shop around different T-Mobile stores, so I can't compare this one directly against any others, what I can say is that you definitely can't go wrong stopping in at this location! There's plenty of parking right out front, the store is clean and not small or cramped, there's a nice spot to sit down and relax in inside should there be a wait, and most importantly everyone we spoke with there there was genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful!”
