My husband and I were looking to redo our kitchen and contacted ten other businesses before we found West DuPage Cabinets and Granite. We first met with Jim in the showroom. He was patient, kind and helpful (everything you need for an indecisive shopper). He offered to come to our house to take a look at our kitchen. A day or so later he came to measure and sat down and discussed options and our budget. I followed up and spoke with Cathie who gave me further insight and suggestions for coordinating colors. The cabinets were ordered shortly thereafter and came in much quicker than other stores were advertising. The cabinets are beautiful, efficient and well made. As an adult it's not always fun making big purchases for your home but we are in LOVE with our cabinets and the customer service that we received was phenomenal.”

“I cannot say enough good things about working with Tom Newman and Elise at TCN Cabinets & Designs! Although I did the design, found the cabinets (J&K), found the flooring, selected the granite countertop, the new patio doors (with transoms), kitchen sink window, the backsplash, the sink/faucet, etc. I didn't have anyone to put it all together and make my vision a reality. I evaluated several contractors who were quite miffed that I had already done all that - Tom and Elise took it in stride in our first meeting - and it was an excellent collaboration from the start. They made recommendations that improved the usefulness of the kitchen and validated the quality of what I had procured. They lined up an AMAZING crew of amazing tradesman (carpenters (love you Chris!), electricians, plumbers, drywallers, painters, countertop fabricator, flooring installers. They managed the entire 5-week effort (which extended well beyond just remodeling the kitchen - but my entire home) with such grace and finesse. Of course there are always hiccups with these things, but Tom kept to his plan and kept me assured by seeing he always knew the latest and greatest - he even uncovered things before I did (which is pretty miraculous as I was living in my master bathroom onsite the whole time). About 4 months later I re-engaged them to support the upgrade of my vanity in my master bath (as I was living in my master bathroom during the previously-completed remodel). Tom himself, is highly experienced and has lots of connections to help you save, and his team are high quality (as people, and as tradesman) - I could not recommend them all enough! Thanks TCN!”
