“These guys were great. By chance they were scheduled to replace my water heater during the polar vortex. I figured they'd want to reschedule but they came out and took care of the installation no problem. They were extremely conscientious, courteous, and quick, bringing several aspects of the water heater up to code that weren't properly done when the house was first built. Not only this, they helped me scrape ice out from under my garage door to help keep a pipe from freezing in my garage, checked that my furnace vent wasn't blocked with snow, and gave me several other pieces of advice on how to care for my home during extreme cold (which, as a relatively new homeowner, I definitely appreciated). Overall Ed really went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company.”

He chose to do the drain pipe which caused it to eventually back up again. The second guy Andrew then came the next day and went through the toilet pipe and fixed everything. Andrew took his time and did the job correctly. 5 stars for Andrew. Dan was also very helpful!”

“So, my furnace decided to divorce me during temperatures of -17 degrees at 2 o'clock in the morning but Lifeline was able to save the day! Jay and Bob were the absolute best! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Before they started, they explained what they were going to be doing and when they were finished they showed me how to change the filters and how to work the thermostat. Jay and Bob were very friendly guys and they got the job done in a timely manner. I have no doubts about the service that I received.
