“This DD is located near the exit on Highway 57 and part of Speedway gas station. It is a small one, but has pretty much all options what you find in an regular DD store. We usually stop at this one for coffee, gas and food. 4 - Location and access. This is a busy intersection and high traffic location. 5 - Food, Coffee and other snacks, 4 - Staff and service. Staff is very friendly and efficient. They are sometimes busy due to Gas station traffic. They are very helpful and friendly. Be patience. It is worth a wait for a good cup of DD coffee. We will keep coming while we visit Locations around here.”

“We recently visited this small manufacturing facility in Northern IL. when we learned they built motorcycle to trike conversion kits. A previous call arranged an appointment and we were met by the owner, who was very knowledgeable about his product and answered all our questions. He immediately offered a test ride and had four trikes converted in the showroom garage to use. A really nice young man who is shop foreman interrupted his busy day and gave us a brief “how to” pushed my wife around the parking lot to give her a feel for the product then told her where to ride. We bought a kit that day. It took less than two weeks to make it for us, was shipped and arrived in perfect shape. It was very easy to install, it helps that I had all the tools and have been wrenching on bikes for many years. Tow PAC will install the kit for you as an option. Excellent customer service, a good solid product and has been on the market for many years. Pricing is good as well. Very pleased. Irv and Priscilla Eichorst”

“Being disabled parking close is very important to me, while they do have plenty of handicap parking it's often filled. The parking lot people have on many occasions brought an electric cart to my parking spot when I've had to park further away, and if there are no carts they return to let me know that also. Very pleased with their employees.”
