(December 8, 2018, 9:37 pm)My husband and I went to this mattress firm tonight, (obviously) in search of a new mattress. I had never been to a mattress firm before and Steven made sure it wouldn’t be our last time in there! As soon as we walked in the door he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed. He kept our interest by having us test multiple mattresses and answering every question we had promptly. On top of that, he was hilarious! Professional and funny. Nothing beats that! I can only hope that he will be there to help us when we are ready to buy another mattress. Thanks Steven!!
(July 5, 2018, 10:57 am)Maggie was very friendly and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. That made our decision easy regarding not only which mattress to purchase but to also purchase from her and Mattress Firm.

(June 6, 2018, 6:35 pm)First time going to a mattress firm and right away a warm welcome. Very friendly and helped me with everything i need. And answered all my questions. Becca was amazing and treated me like an adult and not some kid. I got a new mattress today for a great price! Henzelo was funny and great and kept me entertained and not bored while i was here. He kept me focused on what the goal was and that was a great mattress by far one of the greatest stores ive been in.

Becca went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and comfortable while I tried out different beds to purchase. She was very genuine, kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the various types of mattresses Mattress Firm offered and whats best for each type of sleeper. Working her and the rest of the staff was truly a wonderful experience. Becca and the rest of the staff are of the highest caliber! Thanks again!
