(March 15, 2018, 12:07 pm)Great gym better trainers.. Tori is a beast and she is very helpful with modifying workouts. I have a bad back and bad knees and have been going for 3 weeks now and feel a lot better. There's a rough road ahead for me but with her help I'm looking forward to it. Also everyone that attends there is very helpful in motivating me to keep pushing.. I found a new home and Im loving it!!

(November 17, 2017, 11:40 am)I had a great first workout at Smart Strength Fitness this morning. I will be a little sore, but I am definitely going to continue working out there. Tori did a great job describing the exercises we would be doing, and provided a great atmosphere to motivate to keep going! I highly suggest checking it out this one of a kind workout!
